ILBS PLACEMENT
The college does provide placements and job opportunities for the students. This is helpful for a student in having a bright future once he leaves the University. This helps students seeking to have a good career in their field of interest. The internship and placement are done within the college premises. Interns provided by the staff and the faculty members of the college are availed to the students. Stipends are also given in this internship period.
Lot of scope to learn and grow more, especially regarding placement. This is more like a full-time job, and most of the time will be spent doing lab work and such. Many offers came to a specific aspirant who scored high rank soon after completing my PhD thanks to the reputation of the organisation.
Placement is very good in this college; various medical institutes, firms, and clinical professionals visit this campus for pool hiring. One-year internship is compulsory for each of us, and they are also offering stipends to us.
HOSTEL FACILITY
Here, hostel availability in this ILBS Univercity is available, and there is two hostel building within the campus. The hostels have all basic amenities like a washing machine, gym, activity room, television room, and also a cafeteria. Fooding facility is also provided maintaining the basic hygiene.
Hostel facilities at ILBS are among the best. Each floor is fitted with purifiers and coolers, washing machines, refrigerators, and television sets. Cleaning service, maintenance facility, pest control, and fire safety devices for hostel rooms are also included. Canteen facility is available on a 24x7 basis with a variety of nutritious meals available in "Tripti" and Food Court area.
I opted for hostel facility, we were provided with a bed, mattress, chair and table along with an attached cupboard. Quality fooding facility is also provided as we have many international students too. The extracurricular activities are encouraged, and many different clubs and student unions are actively organizing events and drives, etc. The male to female ratio is pretty healthy, and many festivals are also celebrated.
Extra-curricular activities are organised within the college itself, and one can attend different club meetings and participate in the same. While the college is very inclusive as far as acceptance of people is concerned, many people are very open-minded by nature.
