The Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur is located in the middle of Himachal Pradesh, at the base of Himalayas. Many know it as a Himalayan IIM. Established in 2015, IIM Sirmaur is a third-generation IIM and part of the Baby IIMs. IIM Sirmaur is located in the town of Paonta Sahib in the state of Himachal Pradesh, right on the borders of Himachal Pradesh with Uttarakhand. The institute operates from the temporary campus located on the ghat of the Yamuna River in Paonta Sahib. IIM Sirmaur is actually just 50 KM ahead of the foothill city of Dehradun precedes by 78 km away from the Queen of Hills, which is Mussoorie. These beautiful places make it one of the prestigious institutes that have outstanding scenic beauty around. Not just the scenic beauty, this institute is great in terms of academic excellence as well. The institute got initiated under the leadership and mentorship of IIM Lucknow, which has a huge experience of 40 years in guiding and leading new IIMs. Consequently, IIM Lucknow is known as an "Institution of Excellence" for being a mentor to other sister IIMs, including IIM Jammu, IIM Rohtak, as well as IIM Kashipur. This mentoring brings excellence in curricula development, faculty development, as well as best practices in management education. IIM Sirmaur is autonomously existing as a reputed institute for its academic excellence and focus on experiential learning. The fee of IIM Sirmaur for a two-year MBA Program for Batch 2024-26 is 17,50,00. This includes Admission fees, Tuition fees, hostel charges, Alumni Membership fees, and Mediclaim. the total fees of the IIM Sirmaur through these past years. This year fees increased by almost 10% to INR 17.5 Lakhs for the batch of 2024–26.
